DESCRIPTION:Bookings: Membership renewals are due to be paid no later than 31 May 2026 if you wish to continue attending events. \nContact: For further information please speak with the Treasurer – Sheryl Sephton 0439 342 400. \nMembership Fees: 2026 are $30.00/ person. \nNarrative: Membership renewal is required from 1 January 2026. Renewals of membership are due by 31 May 2026 if you wish to continue attending events after this date. It is a requirement of the Association that members complete a new form each year to ensure the data we require is current and up to date\, particularly if we need to advise your Emergency Contact Person in the event of an incident.  We acknowledge that you may feel some questions are not relevant to you\, however\, the PLSA at times is required collects information to pass onto a third parties as part of national/state surveys without specific details of the actual members. \nPlease note\, that if you have a Carer who brings you along to events and stays with you\, providing you with assistance on the day\, the Carer must be a financial member of the PLSA.  The Carer’s membership can either be paid by the Carer or the member they are assisting. This requirement is to ensure that the PLSA meets its insurance policy requirements and is able to contact the Carer’s employer if necessary. \nSponsor: Palmerston And Litchfield Seniors Association Inc.
