Description:  Enjoyable Darwin Harbour Cruise and Lunch.

Narration: Come and join us on the Charles Darwin for a harbour cruise, enjoying the harbour whilst enjoying a sumptuous lunch.  You will be required to walk from the buses/car (approximately 250m) to the Charles Darwin and negotiate a rampway down to and up from the vessel. The tides are expected to be medium on the day. There are limited spaces available for wheely walkers on the vessel. Own transport can be taken.  The City of Palmerston Mayor, Mrs. Athina Pascoe-Bell (or nominee) will be joining us.

The following Charles Darwin terms and conditions apply:

1. Drinks available for purchase from the bar only – NO BYO ALCOHOL, including hip flasks. (cashless bar – credit card payment only).
2. There is no smoking permitted on any part of the Charles Darwin.
3. Staff of the Charles Darwin are not permitted to assist clients embarking or disembarking via the ramp to the vessel.
4. No clients accepted if wheelchair bound.
5. Tide – Embarking and Disembarking – moderate incline.

Registration:  Embarkation onto a bus will commence at 10:15am depending on your pickup point – check your program for embarkation times at your location AND be their 1o minutes early. Note Self-drive members going to Stokes Hill Wharf will need to arrive no later than 11:30am. Being late may be disappointing.
